PEER’s Values

Healthy planet - The thing that gets us to the office in the morning is the possibility of contributing to a sustainable and just future for the Earth and its people. We have purchased carbon offsets since our founding.

Healthy people - We strive to live sustainable lives (feeling good while doing good), and we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Healthy profession - We adhere to the American Evaluation Association's Guiding Principles for Evaluators, and promote an open source philosophy of public sharing of tools and findings.

I really like the way you listen.
— Joan Haley, Director of Partnership Education Programs, Shelburne Farms, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park
